| HISTORIC STONE SCHOOLHOUSE with recent strawbale adobe additions. Lovely colorful wood/tile floors. Enjoy beautiful mountain living and fresh sagebrush air while still close to the city. Only about 20 minutes to first Albuquerque Exit, and about half an hour to the "Big I" near downtown. Off the Turquoise trail and therefore a straight shot to the Eaves Movie Ranch, or even to Santa Fe. One pet okay, but be advised there is no fenced yard. No smoking indoors, please. There may be a '79 Camaro in the yard, in good condition, so not an eyesore. Central Forced Heat and two woodburning stoves. Have personally never needed AC up here. Lovely views of Sandia Peak, and only about 15 minutes from the ski area and hiking trails. Great house for a film crew FAMILY, but also for individuals. |
