Placing a banner ad on crewnewmexico.com is one of the best ways to reach your target audience of productions, cast, crew, and support services in New Mexico, LA, and beyond. Our site visitors are industry professionals – from actors to account executives - in search of goods and services specific to the industry, so every ad dollar reaches a highly targeted, niche market.

Out of state productions receive 25% cash back on purchases of goods and services made in New Mexico. They need local support and services, and they’re looking for them on crewnewmexico.com.

We offer a variety of banner ad sizes to suit your advertising budget and/or goals. Contact us and we’ll help you choose where to place your ad.

WE ONLY POST INDUSTRY-RELATED ADS

crewnewmexico.com hosts banner ads that we deem related to the motion picture/visual arts/theater/TV industries, support services related to the New Mexico motion picture industry, or goods and services that support industry professionals in their daily and work lives. We do not host ads, for example, for Vonage, Lending Tree, or Match.com unless they are offering something specific to the industry or its professionals. Contact us if you’re unsure if your ad will “fit.”

AD FORMAT

We reserve the right to deny banner ad space for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate content Off-topic content Non-payment Visual or graphic defects Incomplete design or appearance/size issues. Ad must be in jpg of gif format, and be no larger than 35k. We do permit animated gif ads, however they must be scripted to re-play a maximum of 3 times. Please send your ad “web-ready.” We’re happy to help “finish” off your ad at your request, but charge $45/hour for the service.

BANNER AD PLACEMENT

We place banner ads in the common areas of the website, which constitute all areas of the site except for member pages. We do not place banner ads on the profile pages of our members. Ads appear in the following areas: search pages, cast and crew call pages, Filmmaker Resources, text and general information pages, classifieds and e-commerce/check-out pages.

BANNER AD SPACE

We offer the same space to multiple advertisers; usually two to four, in some instances up to six. The ad spaces are priced accordingly. Your ad will appear in rotation with the other ads, upon refresh. You’re welcome to take as many spaces as you wish.

PRICING STRUCTURE

We offer banner ad spaces that fit every budget.

We sell ads by time-frame only: a set price for set amount of time. Your ad will be shown on our site for the duration you choose. It does not matter how many people click on your ad. You pay only once, and one amount.

We do not sell ads by CPC (cost per click) or CPM (cost per thousand clicks).



TRACKING

You may find qualitative and quantitative results from a banner ad such as increased leads and inquiries from your profile contact form, or visitors to your external website (which you can track on through your own analytics program), however we do not host individualized banner-ad tracking statistics at this time.

Ad Details

AD DURATION

We offer banner ad spaces for 3 and 6-month bundles. For time-sensitive ad campaigns (ie. movie preview, upcoming event), we do offer a 1-month ad, but charge a little extra for the service.

HOW DO I PLACE AN AD?

It’s easy.

1. Email or call us. We’ll help you choose your ad location, and assist you in planning your campaign.
2. We send you an “Insertion Order” contract, specifying the ad space, duration, and cost. We send by fax, email, or via our preferred method, EchoSign which allows both parties to use an eSignature.
3. Fax or EchoSign back the signed documents.
4. Pay by credit card by providing your card details on the Insertion Order, or we’ll take your information over the phone.*
5. Your ad will be placed on the next 1st or 15th of the month.

* We do not hold or reserve spaces. Full payment is required before we post an ad. Ad spaces are sold on a first-come, first-serve, first-pay, first-insertion basis. Six-month ad payments are divided in two.


EXCEPTIONS

In rare circumstances, we may deny your banner ad request. This would happen for one or more of the following reasons:
  • Inappropriate content
  • Off-topic content
  • Non-payment
  • Visual or graphic defects
  • Incomplete design or appearance/size issues.
  • Advertisement for competing website/company.
