About Us
We are one of Southern New Mexico's leading catering companies, with previous experience serving the New Mexico film industry. We provide second meal, box lunches for scouting trips, Friday night treats for cast and crew, as well as full-scale support for the main set caterer. We can provide food on very short notice throughout the region, as well as create intimate banquets and offer personal chef services.

We have 44,000sq ft of banquet space for large events as well as several beautiful, intimate spaces throughout the area. We serve many of the regions top clients, including NMSU, local military bases, and benefit events in Las Cruces. We have provided chefs to film productions, including Due Date, and provided catering services to many productions, including Transformers 2.
