Building is wired for DSL, T-1 and Wi-Fi, has phone cabling throughout, and the electricity has recently been upgraded to handle industrial strength editing equipment and IT infrastructure required by a recent major production.
There's also ample space for wardrobe, gold room, storage, casting, as well as a free-standing building and adjoining outdoor space for mill and construction.

With a 300 vehicle parking lot and plenty of space for productions of all sizes, their parking area has been used as a base camp for dozens of productions, including, most recently, Brothers, Crazy Heart and Due Date. And when they're using Production Offices or a Location inside the building, it couldn't be more convenient. Shooting fee includes parking. Optional gated parking available. Need a little break? Just walk two blocks and you'll be in historic downtown Santa Fe! |
