| The Media Arts Collaborative Charter School (MACCS) is the first state-chartered public school by the State of New Mexico Public Education Department. As a public charter school, MACCS’ focus is rigorous high school academics wrapped with electives exclusively in the Media Arts. Currently MACCS offers Film & TV Production, Film History, Documentary Film, Pro-Tools Audio, Digital Music, Animation, Game Development, Web Design, Photography, Media Literacy, Art, Graphic Design and Acting, as well as all content courses that meet high school graduation requirements and entrance into colleges and universities. |

| MACCS is proud to offer eight Advanced Placement courses. MACCS is also a co-owner of cable TV channel 26, Encantada! TV, which focuses on art, culture and education. MACCS students are responsible for 4 hours per week of production and airtime. These unique learning opportunities are what afford MACCS a high profile, sought-after school for public attendance. |
