Quiet, private, versatile (can be a 1 or 2br rental), and located a quick 5 min walk to the frequently used production offices at the Old Hospital on Palace Ave. Unit has high ceilings, vigas (wood beam ceiling), a Kiva fireplace, Mexican tile floors and wonderfully comfortable furnishings. Great, safe, neighborhood - one of Santa Fe’s best locations – right on Old Santa Fe Trail. A short stroll down the "Trail" takes you to the historic Plaza or to Canyon Road with its scores of galleries, shops and great restaurants, local cafes, Santa Fe’s oldest grocery store, two of Santa Fe’s best coffee shops, Garcia Books, and a pack and ship/mailbox/fax shop just down the block.
